This kit takes the monitor of a Falcon HD Magnetic Wireless Camera System off the 12V socket and wires it into the vehicle instead, for a tidier cab and one less lead hanging from the dashboard.

Designed to remove the need for loose power cables hanging down from the monitor, this kit allows you to route the monitor cable discreetly around the trim, pillar or headlining of your vehicle for a tidy, professional-looking finish. Instead of powering the monitor from a USB port or 12V socket, the included piggyback fuse connectors allow the system to be powered directly from the vehicle’s fuse board.

This keeps your dashboard area clear, frees up your USB and 12V sockets for other devices, and gives your monitor installation a more permanent, factory-style appearance while still allowing the monitor to be removed when required.

Kit Includes

  • 3.5m bare USB-A to angled USB-A cable
  • 12V DC to 5V voltage dropper with USB-A female connection
  • Ignition feed piggyback fuse connectors in 3 variations to suit different vehicles

Ideal for customers who want a clean, cable-free dashboard setup for their Falcon Magnetic Wireless Camera System monitor. The product page also notes that the kit is designed to power the monitor when the ignition is on and can be moved to another vehicle if required.

The kit is sold on its own, so it can be added to a system you already own. If you are wiring the monitor in permanently it is worth looking at other spares for this system at the same time, since the mounting plate and the extra camera work with the same monitor.

Made for the monitor supplied with the magnetic camera system.

What this needs, and what it does not

Fitting the kit means finding a fused circuit and a switched feed. It is within reach of most owners with a fuse puller and half an hour, and there is no fitting service in Europe to book, so the instructions assume you are doing it yourself.

Delivery across Europe is included in the euro price.

Just received my Falcon Mobile WiFi Router 4G Combo Deluxe and what a joy to behold, from unboxing the hard padded storage case containing all we need to get on line in our caravan, the ease of setting up was fantastic within 5 mins of plugging in the power cable I was on line. Can recommend this piece of kit.

I’ve just installed the magnetic wireless camera with 7” mirror monitor and used it on our first trip last week. It is absolutely brilliant piece of kit and having just changed upgraded to a larger car and can gave my hubby peace of mind. Easy to install and would recommend.

As well as excellent products, Falcon’s customer service is second to none. They are very responsive and helpful. I use two products: the wireless reversing camera and the 5g mobile WiFi router. I am very, very happy with both. The products are of excellent build quality and you feel that Falcon really understands their market by including useful features and equipment. It’s a pleasure buying from them and using their products.
