Falcon EVO Flex 5G: Roof and Portable Kit, Router Included

One system, two antennas, and a router that goes with you

The EVO FLEX 5G is the kit for people who do not stay in one place. A roof antenna handles the vehicle, a portable antenna handles everywhere else, and the same pocket router serves both. Take the router off its dock and the portable antenna gives you the same boosted connection in an apartment, a hotel room or a rented cabin.

Most mobile internet kits force a choice. A fixed system keeps the router in the vehicle, so it is no use once you step out of it. A portable-only system travels but has no way to amplify a weak signal. This one does both, from a single SIM and a single router.

The roof antenna

Mounted outside, where the signal actually is. A motorhome or caravan is an insulated metal box and very good at keeping mobile signal out, which is why an antenna on the roof outperforms anything sitting on a windowsill indoors.

It is omni-directional, so it collects from every direction and never needs aiming at a mast. There is nothing to align when you arrive on a pitch in a country you have not been to before. Fitting is one hole and one cable run down to the docking station inside, and it is designed to be done by the owner. There is no fitting service outside the UK and none is needed.

The docking station

It sits inside the vehicle and connects the roof antenna to the router. The router holds on magnetically, so it lifts off in a second when you want to take it with you and drops back on to charge when you return.

The portable antenna

This is the part that makes the kit worth more than the sum of it. It holds on with a suction cup or a magnet, takes about a minute, leaves no mark and clips to a rucksack if that is where you need it.

It earns its place on the trips where the vehicle stays at home: a week in a holiday apartment with slow guest wifi, a hotel that charges for a connection worth less than the charge, or working from somewhere that was never meant to be an office.

The router

Pocket sized, with its own battery, and usable well away from the vehicle. It comes with a choice of 5G and 4G options, so the kit can be specified to the budget rather than sold at one price. A protective carry case is supplied, with compartments for spare SIM cards and charging cables, which matters when you are crossing borders and carrying more than one.

What are the benefits of using eSIMs?

Convenience & Flexibility

• Digital Activation: Activate plans instantly by scanning a QR code, without waiting for a physical card or needing an ejector tool.
• Easy switching. Move between networks or tariffs from the settings, which matters more in Europe than anywhere, because the sensible network changes as you cross from one country to the next.
• Several profiles at once. Keep a home tariff and a local one side by side and switch between them, which is the practical answer on a long stay in one country.

Security & Durability

• Harder to Lose/Steal: Since it’s embedded, an eSIM can’t be physically removed if your phone is lost or stolen, and it’s not prone to physical damage.
• Enhanced Security: More secure against fraud as it involves digital verification and cloud security.

Device & Environment

• Space Saving: Frees up internal space in phones, allowing for sleeker designs or bigger batteries, notes
• Eco-Friendly: Reduces the need for plastic SIM cards and their packaging, cutting waste and emissions.

Travel Benefits

• Cost Savings: Connect directly to local networks abroad to bypass expensive roaming charges from your usual provider.
• No hunting for a shop. An eSIM profile is bought and loaded from the vehicle, so there is no finding a phone shop in a country whose language you do not speak.

Router Carry Case

The EVO 5G Flex is also supplied with a Protective Carry Case for the portable router to ensure it is kept safe when used away for the vehicle or when in storage.

The durable carry case also includes compartments for spare SIM cards and USB charging cables.

Part of the 5G kits. Already own a portable router with TS9 sockets? The antenna set on its own saves paying for a second one.

Buying the EVO FLEX in Europe

Euro pricing includes delivery, duty and tax, so the figure on this page is the figure you pay at checkout with nothing added afterwards.

The roof antenna needs one hole and one cable run, and the portable antenna needs nothing at all. Both are designed to be fitted by the owner. We do not run a fitting service in Europe, so nothing here depends on booking a workshop.

Falcon mobile internet is also carried by European camping retailers, so you may have seen the range on a shelf before finding it here.
