I recently had a rear camera fitted to my caravan and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The products from Falcon are of solid quality, and this installation was no exception.
An engineer named Tim came out to my home to perform the installation. Tim was exceptional in every way. Despite the pouring rain, he remained professional and completed the job efficiently. His knowledge was fantastic, and he was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. Tim’s friendly demeanor made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the service. I would definitely consider buying Falcon products again in the future.
