We saw FALCON stand at  NEC and spoke with Coleen. Booked a visit with them to fit a solar panel at show prices. We had a talk with Stuart who talked us through our purchase and we decided to upgrade from 100 to 200 watt panel, which would fit our present needs better also a dual output regulator. We also decided to go with a 12 v Smart TV for if we ever go off grid.
Dean did the fitting and he was great. Gave us a good handover of our system.
We stopped overnight on  pitch in the premises also met with two other couples staying over having equipment fitted. I would recommend this company for professionalism, service, price and ultra helpful team especially Dean and Stuart. Will see you again at some point at when we want another upgrade. Really helpful staff, explained all we needed to know and did a neat job fitting a caravan rear view camera. The use of their campsite for 2 nights was a real bonus, there was no rush to get there and back and we had a nice day out on the Wirral while the job was done. We recently had an eco 5g system fitted,the welcome from the staff was extremely friendly and professional, a very relaxed atmosphere. The campsite was adequate for a free nights stay while the work was being completed, The handover of how the system worked was thorough, we had no issues with the evo at our next destination.

Very happy with the service arrived the night before work commenced to a lovely welcoming, well equipped site.  In the morning the van was taken into the workshop we were given a local taxi number which took us to the local train station hopped on the train into Liverpool. We had a great experience at Falcon. The whole team were friendly and explained everything really well. We were able to stay the night before and after which made it really convenient and meant we could get to grips with the new tech before we left. The site was lovely and had all the facilities you would need. We are really happy with the work that was done on our motorhome it’s made such a difference and allows us to stay off grid for longer.
